Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2011, and a suspension of the five-day posting rule on April 26, 2011, and being granted permission on April 26, 2011 to meet while the house was in session at 4 p.m., the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hamilton, at 4:08 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hamilton; Quintanilla; Driver; Geren; Gutierrez; Harless; Kuempel; and Menendez.

 

A quorum was present.
