Pursuant to a notice posted on May 16, 2013, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Villarreal, at 6:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Villarreal; Flynn; Anderson; Burkett; and Phillips.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee had dinner.

 

At 9:36 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
