Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2013, and permission granted on March 25, 2013, to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Callegari, at 4:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Callegari; Alonzo; Branch; King, Phil; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.
