The committee will hear invited and public testimony on the following topics:

· draft legislation regarding the storage of ammonium nitrate and the authority of first responders to inspect and respond to safety concerns;

· draft legislation regarding the Driver Responsibility Program; and

· an update regarding ongoing border operations

The committee may address other interim charges or topics of interest.

Public testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes.
