Pursuant to a notice posted on March 15, 2017, and permission granted on March 20, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 3:13 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Capriglione; Gonzales, Larry; Tinderholt; and Uresti, Tomas.
