Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2017, revised on April 5, 2017, the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 3:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Capriglione; Gonzales, Larry; Lucio III; and Uresti, Tomas.

 

A quorum was present.
