Proposing a constitutional amendment relating to the appropriation of the net revenue received from the imposition of state sales and use taxes on sporting goods.

Relating to the allocation to and use by the Parks and Wildlife Department and Texas Historical Commission of certain proceeds from the imposition of state sales and use taxes on sporting goods.

Relating to the issuance of Army of Occupation Medal specialty license plates; providing an exemption from a fee.

Relating to the reporting of health care-associated infections and preventable adverse events at health care facilities.

The Senate adopted the following resolutions:

Commending Andrew Roberts on his achievements as an author and a scholar.

Recognizing Grace Neve Valdez for spearheading the Gifts for Good project.

The Senate left one nominee pending, but confirmed all nominees as reported by the Committee on Nominations.
