CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 16, 2019, the House Committee on Appropriations authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Appropriations held on May 15, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2019, and permission granted on May 15, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 6:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Longoria; Bell, Cecil; Buckley; Capriglione; Cortez; Davis, Sarah; Hefner; Howard; Johnson, Jarvis; Miller; Minjarez; Muñoz, Jr.; Rose; Schaefer; Sheffield; Smith; Stucky; Toth; Turner, John; VanDeaver; and Wu.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 1504

 

The chair laid out SB 1504, the companion to HB 3908.

 

Representative Howard moved that SB 1504, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
