Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 4, 2019, and permission granted on April 4, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on International Relations & Economic Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 10:33 a.m.
