Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 18, 2019, and permission granted on April 18, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on International Relations & Economic Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 9:37 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Frullo; Blanco; Metcalf; Perez; Raney; and Romero, Jr..

The chair laid out HB 2784 as pending business.

 

Representative Metcalf offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
