Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2019, the House Committee on International Relations & Economic Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 1:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Frullo; Blanco; Cain; Larson; Metcalf; Perez; and Raney.

The chair laid out HB 4753 as pending business.

 

Representative Perez offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
