Pursuant to a notice posted on April 18, 2019, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Chris, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Chris; Stucky; Button; Frullo; Howard; Pacheco; Schaefer; and Wilson.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the April 15, 2019 minutes for the House Committee on Higher Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
