Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 20, 2019, the House Committee on House Administration met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 11:35 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Geren; Anchia; Flynn; Ortega; Sherman, Sr.; and Thompson, Ed.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Flynn moved that HCR 135, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Geren; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Flynn; Ortega; Sherman, Sr.; Thompson, Ed (6).

 

Nays:                           None (0).
