Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2019, revised on March 22, 2019, and permission granted on March 25, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on House Administration met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 12:23 p.m.
