Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 11, 2019 and April 12, 2019, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 8:07 a.m.
