On April 1, 2019, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues held on March 20, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 15, 2019, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 1:06 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Murr; Bowers; Calanni; Cyrier; Dean; and Talarico.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 344 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair offered an amendment to the committee substitute.

 

The amendment was adopted without objection.

 

The committee substitute, as amended, was adopted without objection.
