Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 25, 2019, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 12:19 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Goldman; Geren; Harless; Herrero; Kuempel; Paddie; and Thompson, Senfronia.

The chair laid out HB 4006 as pending business.

 

Representative Thompson, Senfronia offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that HB 4006, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
