Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 7, 2019, and permission granted on May 7, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 9:51 p.m.

Representative Harris moved that the floor amendment to HB 2959 offered by Representative
