Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2019, revised on March 11, 2019, and permission granted on March 12, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Larson, at 11:31 a.m.
