Pursuant to an announcement from the House floor on April 25, 2019, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Larson, at 12:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Larson; Dominguez; Farrar; Lang; Nevárez; and Ramos.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the April 17, 2019 minutes for the House Committee on Natural Resources be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

Representative Lang offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Lang moved that HB 911, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
