Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2019, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 2, 2019, and permission granted on April 4, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy, at 8:04 a.m.
