Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2019, and permission granted on March 6, 2019 to meet while the House was in Session, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Dennis Paul, at 8:07 a.m.
