Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2019, revised on April 4, 2019, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Nevárez, at 11:50 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Nevárez; Paul; Burns; Calanni; Clardy; Goodwin; Israel; and Lang.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Committee met in a joint session with the House Committee on Environmental Regulation to hear invited testimony.
