On March 20, 2019, the House Committee on State Affairs authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on State Affairs held on March 13, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 8, 2019, and permission granted on March 13, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phelan, at 12:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phelan; Hernandez; Deshotel; Harless; Hunter; Parker; Raymond; Rodriguez; Smithee; and Springer.
