Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 26, 2019, and permission granted on April 26, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 9:20 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Goodwin; Johnson, Eric; Middleton; Morales; Patterson; and Swanson.
