Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2019, and permission granted on May 13, 2019 to meet while the house was in session, and a subsequent suspension of the rules confirming the announcement on May 14, 2019, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 3:15 p.m.
