Pursuant to Rule 1, Texas House Rules and pursuant to Rule 11.03, Texas Senate Rules, and HCR 40 a public hearing of the Joint Committee on State Water Implementation Fund for Texas Advisory was held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

Co-chair Senator Charles Perry called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

The following members arrived after the roll was called:

Representative Phelan moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

 

Invited witnesses testifying on the overall operation, function, and structure of the fund are shown on the attached list.

 

There being no further business, at 2:02 PM Senator Perry moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
