Relating to the authority of a property owner or owner's agent to bring suit to compel an appraisal district, chief appraiser, or appraisal review board to comply with a procedural requirement applicable to an ad valorem tax protest.

Relating to the deadline for filing a request for binding arbitration of certain appraisal review board orders.

SB 2060        Menéndez               
Relating to the contents of a notice of appraised value sent to a property owner by the chief appraiser of an appraisal district.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 20 copies to the committee clerk with your name

and bill number on each copy.
