Relating to certain benefits paid by the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.

Relating to the civil penalty for certain signs placed on the right-of-way of a public road.

Relating to the Texas Armed Services Scholarship Program.

Relating to imposing an additional fee for the registration of an electric vehicle.

Relating to the withdrawal of a candidate in a runoff primary election.

Relating to legislative leave for certain peace officers commissioned by the Parks and Wildlife Department.

Relating to the regulation of electric vehicle supply equipment; requiring an occupational registration; authorizing fees; authorizing an administrative penalty.

Relating to the release of defendants on bail, the duties of a magistrate in certain criminal proceedings, and the notice provided by peace officers to adult victims of family violence.

Relating to venue and choice of law for certain actions involving censorship by social media platforms.

The Senate suspended the regular order, read third time and finally passed:

Relating to requiring public institution of higher education students who compete in intercollegiate athletic competitions to compete based on biological sex.

Relating to the required inclusion of a person's sex on a birth certificate and prohibited change of sex on the birth certificate of certain minors.

The Senate suspended the regular order, read second time and passed to engrossment:

Relating to prohibitions on the provision to certain children of procedures and treatments for gender transitioning, gender reassignment, or gender dysphoria and on the use of public money or public assistance to provide those procedures and treatments.

1 Floor Amendment

Relating to certain agreements with collective bargaining organizations related to certain publicly funded public work contracts.

The Senate suspended the necessary rules to consider and postponed:

Relating to the regulation of money services businesses; creating a criminal offense; creating administrative penalties; authorizing the imposition of a fee.
