Relating to the barring of certain vendors from participation in certain contracts with the state or a political subdivision.

Relating to the process for notifying the attorney general of a breach of security of computerized data by persons doing business in this state.

SB 895         Johnson                  
Relating to modernizing the regulation of money services businesses.

Relating to certain agreements with collective bargaining organizations related to certain publicly funded public work contracts.

SB 1001        Schwertner | et al.     
Relating to the regulation of electric vehicle supply equipment; requiring an occupational registration; authorizing fees; authorizing an administrative penalty.

SB 1015        King                     
Relating to periodic rate adjustments by electric utilities.

SB 1016        King                     
Relating to the consideration of employee compensation and benefits in establishing the rates of electric utilities.

Relating to the authority of a political subdivision to regulate an energy source or engine.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies to the assistant committee clerk, with your name and the bill number on each copy.
