Relating to prohibited governmental entity implementation or enforcement of a vaccine mandate,  mask requirement, or private business or school closure to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Proposing a constitutional amendment clarifying that a voter must be a United States citizen.

SB 1104        Birdwell | et al.       
Relating to the authority of the legislature, governor, and certain political subdivisions with respect to disasters and emergencies.

SJR 58         Birdwell | et al.       
Proposing a constitutional amendment regarding the powers of the governor, the legislature, and the supreme court following certain disaster or emergency declarations.

SJR 59         Birdwell                 
Proposing a constitutional amendment regarding the time during which the legislature may act on bills or resolutions during a regular session.

SB 1216        Paxton                   
Relating to the issuance of a license to carry a handgun to certain active and retired judicial officers.

SB 1602        Hughes                   
Relating to venue and choice of law for certain actions involving censorship by social media platforms.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk with your name and the bill number on each copy.
