The Senate concurred in House amendments to the following:

Relating to the authority of certain political subdivisions to change the date of their general elections.

Relating to the regulation of certain business entities that act as data brokers.

Relating to financial exploitation or financial abuse using artificially generated media or phishing communications; providing a civil penalty; creating a criminal offense.

Relating to requiring foreign language credit opportunities for students enrolled in study abroad components or programs offered by certain institutions of higher education in this state.

The Senate granted the request for the appointment of a Conference Committee on the following:

Relating to the medical use of low-THC cannabis under and the administration of the Texas Compassionate-Use Program; requiring registration.

The Senate adopted conference committee reports on the following bills:

General Appropriations Bill.

Relating to agreements between sheriffs and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement to enforce federal immigration law.

Relating to parental rights in public education, including the imposition of certain requirements and prohibitions regarding instruction and diversity, equity, and inclusion duties.

Relating to a school district's library materials and catalog, the establishment of local school library advisory councils, and parental rights regarding public school library catalogs and access by the parent's child to library materials.

Relating to size and density requirements for residential lots in certain municipalities; authorizing a fee.

Relating to the governance of public institutions of higher education, including review of curriculum and certain degree and certificate programs, a faculty council or senate, training for members of the governing board, and the establishment, powers, and duties of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Office of the Ombudsman.

Relating to the school safety allotment under the Foundation School Program.

Relating to the disclosure of health care cost information by certain health care facilities; imposing an administrative penalty.

Relating to prohibiting the purchase of sweetened soft drinks under the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

Relating to civil liability for the production, solicitation, disclosure, or promotion of artificial intimate visual material.

Relating to authorizing certain municipalities to change the date on which their general election for officers is held.

Relating to the regulation of certain nursing facilities, including licensing requirements and Medicaid participation and reimbursement requirements.

Relating to special education in public schools, including funding for special education under the Foundation School Program.

Relating to standard permits for certain concrete plants.

Relating to increasing access to and reducing taxation of Internet services.

Relating to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information of election officials and their employees.

Relating to connection of utilities by certain entities in certain subdivisions formerly located in a municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Relating to the strong families credit against certain taxes for entities that contribute to certain organizations.

Relating to the establishment of a grant program to fund the United States Food and Drug Administration's drug development trials with ibogaine for the purpose of securing the administration's approval as a medication for treatment of opioid use disorder, co-occurring substance use disorder, and any other neurological or mental health conditions for which ibogaine demonstrates efficacy.

Relating to the regulation of the provision of proxy advisory services.

Relating to the operation and administration of and practices and procedures related to proceedings in the judicial branch of state government, including court security, court documents and arrest warrants, document delivery, juvenile boards, and youth diversion, and to public office candidate eligibility; increasing a criminal penalty; authorizing fees.

Relating to the preservation, maintenance, restoration, and protection of the Alamo complex and surrounding area by the Alamo Commission.

Relating to the Cosmetology Licensure Compact; authorizing fees.

Relating to increasing the criminal penalty and changing the eligibility for community supervision, mandatory supervision, and parole for certain persons convicted of intoxication manslaughter.

Relating to declination, cancellation, or nonrenewal of insurance policies.

Relating to cancellation of certain solid waste disposal permits issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Relating to prohibiting certain personal services performed by school district administrators; providing a civil penalty.

Relating to the construction of structures exceeding a certain height in certain counties containing national wildlife refuges and in adjacent counties; authorizing injunctive relief.

Relating to an emergency preparedness and contingency operations plan, including temperature regulation, for assisted living facility residents during an emergency; providing penalties.

Relating to the use of a wireless communication device at a polling place.

Relating to the administration, powers, and duties of the Texas Space Commission and Texas Aerospace Research and Space Economy Consortium, to other governmental entities regarding aerospace, aviation, and space exploration initiatives and activities, and to the abolishment of the spaceport trust fund.
