Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2025, and permission granted on March 20, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kitzman, at 5:00 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kitzman; Martinez; Fairly; Goodwin; Lopez, Janie; and Simmons.

A quorum was present.

The Subcommittee on Article III met to consider the Subcommittee on Article III Report.

The chair moved the adoption of the Subcommittee on Article III Report. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Kitzman; Martinez; Fairly; Goodwin; Lopez, Janie; Simmons (6).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representative Tepper (1).

At 5:02 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
