Pursuant to a notice posted on May 13, 2025, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 13, 2025, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 9:09 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Guerra; Hopper; Kitzman; Lopez, Janie; McLaughlin; Money; and Muñoz.
