Pursuant to a notice posted on March 26, 2025, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 2:01 p.m.

SB 1

The chair laid out SB 1.

The chair offered and explained a complete committee substitute on SB 1.

The chair recognized Representative González, Mary to explain the committee substitute.

The chair recognized Representative Orr to explain the committee substitute.

The chair recognized Representative Kitzman to explain the committee substitute.

The chair closed on SB 1.

The chair moved the adoption of the committee substitute to SB 1. Representative Harrison objected to the adoption of the committee substitute, and the chair directed the clerk to call the roll. The committee substitute was adopted by the following record vote:
