Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 22, 2025, and permission granted on April 22, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Delivery of Government Efficiency met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 3:20 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Bhojani; Alders; Bowers; Campos; Cook; Curry; Garcia, Linda; Rodríguez Ramos; Tinderholt; and Troxclair.

A quorum was present.

HB 111

The chair laid out HB 111 as pending business.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

The chair moved that HB 111, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Capriglione; Alders; Bowers; Campos; Cook; Curry; Tinderholt; Troxclair (8).

Nays:                           Representatives Bhojani; Garcia, Linda; Rodríguez Ramos (3).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

At 3:26 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
