Pursuant to a notice posted on August 4, 2025, the House Committee on Disaster Preparedness & Flooding, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, at 3:01 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King; Martinez; Bonnen; Darby; Louderback; Moody; Virdell; and Wilson.

 

A quorum was present.
