CORRECTED MINUTES

On May 6, 2025, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held on April 24, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2025, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Landgraf, at 5:18 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Landgraf; Anchía; Bell, Keith; Bumgarner; Morales Shaw; and Reynolds.

A quorum was present.

HB 1904

The chair laid out HB 1904 as pending business.

The chair explained HB 1904.

The chair moved that HB 1904, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Landgraf; Anchía; Bell, Keith; Bumgarner; Morales Shaw; Reynolds (6).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Ordaz; Oliverson; Toth (3).
