CORRECTED MINUTES

On May 7, 2025, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held on May 1, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 25, 2025, and permission granted on May 1, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Landgraf, at 5:29 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Landgraf; Ordaz; Anchía; Bell, Keith; Bumgarner; Oliverson; and Toth.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1823 as pending business.

The chair moved that HB 1823, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
