CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 7, 2025, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held on May 1, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 25, 2025, and permission granted on May 1, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Landgraf, at 5:29 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Landgraf; Ordaz; Anchía; Bell, Keith; Bumgarner; Oliverson; and Toth.
A quorum was present.
