On May 6, 2025, the House Committee on Homeland Security, Public Safety & Veterans' Affairs authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Homeland Security, Public Safety & Veterans' Affairs held on May 1, 2025. Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 1, 2025, the House Committee on Homeland Security, Public Safety & Veterans' Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hefner, at 5:20 p.m.
