Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 2025, and permission granted on February 27, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on S/C on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cortez, at 11:00 a.m.
