CORRECTED MINUTES

On April 30, 2025, the House Committee on Insurance authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Insurance held on April 24, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2025, the House Committee on Insurance met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dean, at 9:31 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dean; González, Jessica; Hopper; Morgan; Paul; Spiller; and Wharton.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 3265 as pending business.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
