Pursuant to a notice posted on April 25, 2025, the House Committee on Insurance met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dean, at 10:30 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dean; Vo; González, Jessica; Goodwin; Hopper; Morgan; Paul; and Wharton.

A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the April 9, 2025 minutes for the House Committee on Insurance be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
