Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2025, the House Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bell, Cecil, at 8:02 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bell, Cecil; Zwiener; Cole; Garcia Hernandez, Cassandra; Lowe; Luther; Rosenthal; Spiller; and Tepper.

A quorum was present.

The House Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs met for organizational purposes to hear invited testimony from state agencies and subject matters under its jurisdiction.

The Chair made opening remarks.

The Committee heard testimony from the Office of State-Federal Relations.
