Pursuant to a notice posted on May 1, 2025, revised on May 5, 2025, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 5, 2025, the House Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bell, Cecil, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bell, Cecil; Cole; Lowe; Luther; Rosenthal; Spiller; and Tepper.
