Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2025, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 8, 2025, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 9:25 a.m.
