Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2025, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gates, at 8:28 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gates; Alders; Davis, Yvonne; Hunter; and Morgan.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 3897 as pending business.

The chair moved that HB 3897, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Gates; Alders; Davis, Yvonne; Hunter; Morgan (5).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Lalani; Hinojosa; Lopez, Ray; Virdell (4).

At 8:30 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
