Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 8, 2025, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Patterson, at 12:56 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Patterson; Bowers; Barry; Fairly; Perez, Vincent; Villalobos; and Zwiener.

A quorum was present.

Representative Patterson moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: HJR 182.  The motion prevailed without objection.

Representative Patterson moved that the floor amendment to HB 4429 offered by Representative McQueeney be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Saturday, May 10, 2025.  The motion prevailed without objection.

Representative Bowers moved to place the following measures on the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Saturday, May 10, 2025:  HB 1233, HB 2239, HB 2379, HB 2863, HB 3368, HB 3787, HB 3815, HB 3898, HB 4023, HB 4285, HB 4329, HB 4331, HB 4429, HB 4646, HB 4904, HB 5200, HB 5320, HB 5651, HB 5662, HB 5668, HB 5670, HB 5672, HB 5674, HB 5676, HB 5679, HB 5688, HCR 108.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

At 1:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
