Pursuant to a notice posted on March 19, 2025, and permission granted on March 20, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lambert, at 10:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Lambert; Plesa; Bryant; Bumgarner; Garcia, Linda; Hayes; Holt; and Schoolcraft.

The chair laid out HB 201 as pending business.
