Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 22, 2025, and permission granted on May 22, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lambert, at 4:03 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Lambert; Plesa; Bumgarner; Hayes; Holt; Schoolcraft; and Vo.

The chair laid out SB 1024, as substituted, as pending business.
